Hide Park
“A Park To Live, A House To Hide” — a digital presence for a Viennese villetage.
Overview
Hide Park is a “villetage” on Dr.-Heinrich-Maier-Straße in Vienna’s Pötzleinsdorf — a villa whose floors you can buy. Two Art-déco villas follow the south slope like a staircase and hold six exceptionally luxurious residences, among them a two-storey penthouse with a pool on the roof terrace, facing the Pötzleinsdorf palace park. The web presence has to make that hidden, exclusive feeling tangible at every moment — calm, dark and uncompromisingly premium.

The challenge
A single, highly exclusive property doesn’t sell through volume but through feeling. The site has to speak to a small, discerning audience, make location and architecture tangible and stay discreet — no loud agent marketing, but a stage that speaks for itself.
Dark, calm design
Deep fir green, warm cream and an elegant serif typography pick up the Art-déco façade and the calm of the park. Generous architectural renderings get plenty of room, every section is built like a single breath. A sense of material and reduction instead of effect.
Scroll experience & storytelling
Gentle scroll animations (GSAP & Lenis) guide calmly through foreword, location, residences and architecture — the story of the “hidden park” unfolds step by step. Bilingual (DE/EN), mobile-first and with a direct path to enquiry.
