Overview
Runner Base is my own SaaS product: a platform with which event agencies handle the planning, coordination and scheduling of runners at large events fully digitally. From shift plan to real-time coordination — a “runner office” in one place. Already successfully tested at Nova Rock 2026.

The problem
Runner coordination at festivals still often runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and paper. With hundreds of assignments and last-minute changes it quickly becomes chaos — exactly where Runner Base comes in.
Product UX for high-pressure moments
Built from the ground up as a product: its own design system, clear and fast, usable on mobile in the field. When something flares up on site, scheduling has to land in seconds.
Battle-tested at Nova Rock 2026
Not a concept in a drawer but in real use: at Nova Rock 2026, Runner Base passed its first major test.
